Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Personalized and monogrammed items may require additional production time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Some orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand production partner, Printful. Processing and shipping times may vary based on production availability.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Domestic Orders (US) We ship to all 50 states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
International Orders We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at mpmonogramming@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
